Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Controls to establish and
lead the Controls team.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and mentor a team of controls engineers and software
developers
Oversee the design, programming, and commissioning of PLC-based
control systems for material handling equipment
Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with
business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering,
or a related field
8+ years of experience in controls engineering, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Experience designing and implementing control systems for automated
material handling systems
Strong expertise in PLC programming, HMI, SCADA systems, and
industrial networking
Able to travel around 20% of the time
