Responsible for the overall administration, planning, direction, evaluation, and development of the assigned department(s). - Ensures quality patient care and evaluates outcomes of care.   Required ExperienceRequired:
  • Current California RN License
  • BLS from American Heart Association
  • LA City Fire Card within 6 months of Employment -
  • Bachelor of science in nursing or greater academic degree
  • Three years progressive nursing management experience - Preferred: -
    • Master's degree in nursing or related healthcare field -
    • Nationally recognized certification
    • Strong knowledge of California Children's Services (CCS) regulations -
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) -
    • ACLS from American Heart Association (within 6 months of hire)
    • Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) Certification (within 6 months of hire)
    • Experience in quality and regulatory affairs as it relates to the perinatal services domain
    • Recent acute care experience in perinatal services (Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, & NICU)
