Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Workforce Management to
lead and optimize workforce strategies across multiple client
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and workforce management reporting
Improve key success metrics related to workforce management
goals
Support and retain a high-performing workforce management team
Required Qualifications
5 - 10 years of direct management experience in workforce
management within a contact center
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects
Strong data analysis and business intelligence skills; experience
with Power BI is a plus
Working knowledge of database applications and WFM platforms such
as Aspect eWFM, Verint WFM, NICE IEX
Six Sigma / Lean / White-Belt Certification; Black Belt is a
plus
