Job Description:
The Senior Attorney is responsible for attending the initial
client meetings for the intake of the files though the resolution
of the cases. -This includes communication with the clients,
drafting pleadings, devising a discovery plan, working on discovery
issues, filing motions, attending the law and motion hearings,
attending settlement conferences/ mediations and trial. -
