One of Insight Global's healthcare clients is looking for several Call Center Representatives to support their team onsite in Cypress, CA. This is a fully onsite in Cypress, CA. In addition to working with a highly successful company, this opportunity will also offer training and career growth!
Position: Call Center RepresentativeCompensation: 20/hrStart Date: October 14, 2024Location: Fully onsite in Cypress, CALength of Contract: 4-6 monthsShifts: 40 hours/week; variable within operating hours, M-F, 7:00AM-6:00PM PST, potentially weekend work
Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Ability to work any full-time 8-hour shift schedule between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (potentially weekend work)
  Day-to-Day Responsibilities :Your primary responsibility in this role will be providing telephonic, chat, email or other front-line customer service duties. You must have the ability to navigate multiple systems, a working knowledge of insurance, claims, financial accounts would be helpful but not required. You must be quick to learn and be bought in on your career growth.
  • Meet or exceed established KPIs.
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic support to 50 to 70 contacts per day while providing guidance, support, and resolution for escalated issues.
  • Handle escalated assists, resolving more complex customer issues.
  • Demonstrate outstanding service to identify the source of the person's issue and work to resolve inquires in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help guide and educate customers regarding their health benefits account.
  • Assist customers in navigating websites while assisting them with becoming proficient with self-service tools.
  • Protect our customer's security by properly authenticating them.
  • Demonstrate genuine appreciation for the customer's business.
